Customise Your Dream Holiday
Our destination specialists are wonderful trip planners – who can consider your personal taste, budget, age, likes and dislikes, duration, group size and everything in between to curate the perfect dream holiday package – just for you.
When we’ve worked together to create the perfect itinerary you will be advised of your deposit amount and balance amount with a due date along with a Booking Form. You’ll need to ensure your personal details on the booking form are correct as later changes may not be possible without incurring a fee*.
Once all this is received our destination specialists will work with our teams around the world to book everything from your personalised accommodation, transport and flights to attractions entrances, visas and anything else that you require.
*I.E Be sure to double check the spelling of your name and address before submitting the booking form.
Before You Travel
Your travel documents will arrive within two to three weeks before your departure date, and one of our destination specialists will contact you to run through each and every item of your personalised holiday package a week before you travel. We’ll brief you on your holiday essentials and let you know any interesting facts about your destination, including travel and safety tips as well as helpful contacts. We’ll also be on hand to answer any last minute queries about the destination or anything else you might need.
Should you need to change any part of your itinerary we’ll always try our best to accommodate your wishes – if possible with no additional payments*.
*This is dependent on the type of change you are trying to make. Last minute flight or destination changes may incur charges – but we’ll always discuss this with you before making any amendments.
When You Arrive
When you touch down in your desired destination you shall be greeted by our representative who will ensure that you have the 24 hour contact details of our destination specialists both at home and abroad – who can help you with absolutely anything that you need, ensuring that every element of your trip is looked after so you can focus on enjoying your perfect holiday. We offer all levels of service for your trip – whether you want us to take a hands-off approach, leaving you to enjoy everything at your leisure, or for us to act as your personal guide for your entire trip – everything is up to you.
When You Return Home
